Hiring Leasing Officer (Legal Department)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing and overseeing lease agreements for workers' accommodations in the UAE.
• This role ensures compliance with local housing laws, labour regulations, and company policies.
• The Leasing Officer will handle lease contracts, address tenant concerns, conduct property inspections, and maintain accurate records for the workers' village.
• Draft, review, and manage lease agreements for workers' accommodations in line with UAE labour and housing regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with local laws, including the UAE Labor Law and any relevant tenancy regulations.
• Address tenant concerns, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth tenant relations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing contracts, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure proper maintenance as per lease agreements.
• Prepare and submit reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and legal matters.
• Provide legal support and advice regarding tenancy agreements and workers' housing-related issues.
Qualifications And Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or legal support, ideally in the UAE or a similar regional context.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, housing regulations, and tenancy laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the UAE legal framework and worker accommodation standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software.
